3. Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking in advance, especially during busy travel seasons, to ensure availability. You can easily reserve your space online or by calling us.

4. Is my luggage safe with you?

Absolutely. We store all items in a secure, monitored area with restricted access, ensuring your belongings are safe and protected.

5. What items can I store?

We accept suitcases, backpacks, shopping bags, and strollers. However, we cannot store hazardous materials, perishables, illegal items, or valuables such as large sums of money or passports.

6. Can I access my luggage during storage?

Yes! You can access your luggage at any time, as we are open 24/7.

7. What happens if I'm late to pick up my luggage?

If you're running late, no worries! Since we're open 24/7, you can pick up your luggage at any time. However, please note that additional charges may apply for extended storage beyond the originally planned pick-up time.
