When you book we collect your name, email address and phone number, along with your booking details (locker, dates and times).

Why we use it

To process your booking, send your confirmation and PIN access code, provide support, and operate the lockers. Payment is taken in cash on arrival — we do not store card details.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service (for example email/SMS delivery and our smart-lock provider), and only as needed.

Retention

We keep booking data only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete it.
