Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Belgrade Luggage Locker's self-service luggage storage in Belgrade. By booking a locker you agree to them.

The service

We provide short-term, self-service storage in smart electronic lockers, available 24/7. Each booking reserves a locker for the time window you choose.

Booking & payment

Bookings are made online. Payment is made on arrival, in cash (EUR or RSD). The price shown at booking is per locker for the selected duration.

Access

You receive a PIN access code by email. Keep it private — anyone with the code can open your locker. You are responsible for your code and your belongings.

Duration & late pickup

Please collect your luggage by the end of your booked period. Luggage kept beyond the booked time may incur additional charges at the current rate.

What you may not store

Do not store illegal, dangerous, flammable, perishable or living items, weapons, or anything prohibited by law. We may refuse or remove such items.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the lockers secure and monitored, but we are not an insurer. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We recommend not storing irreplaceable valuables.

Cancellation

You can cancel a booking before check-in at no cost using the link in your confirmation email.

Unclaimed luggage

Luggage left unclaimed for an extended period after the booked time may be removed and handled in line with applicable regulations.
